Bob began his career in healthcare as a sales representative for Lederle Laboratories in 1978. As a proud member of the industry's lifeline, he commenced his long mission of relationship building with physicians and chain customers alike. From there he went to 3M Pharmaceuticals were he eventually transitioned into managed care as a national accounts manager for trade and government affairs. Next stop was Dura/Elan Pharmaceuticals as a Managed Care Executive. Finally, after years of contracts, product launches, pull-through strategies and relationship building with MCOs, PBMs, PMGs and Hospitals, Bob launched the RJH Group™. Realizing the advantages of utilizing technology in today’s fast paced world, Bob also created Data-Ceuticals, an E-Detailing platform that allows your marketing team to rely on facts rather than assumptions. Efficiency, organization and communication are Cynthia's strong suits.
Perhaps these skills go hand -in-hand with a Masters in Elementary
Education. Regardless of where they came from, they allow her to serve
as client liaision, plan and manage Advisory Boards and coordinate
call center activities - all without taking her eyes off the O.I.G
Protocol guidelines.
Cynthia began her career as a teacher, coach and advisor. And in many
ways, that's what she is still doing today. |
